Uns haben mindestens ebenso die Ruinen von Burrishool Abbey beeindruckt. Die alten Mauern stehen seit 1469 an einem Seitenarm der Clew bei Newport im County Mayo. Der Friedhof wurde 2016 als best gepflegter Bestattungsplatz ausgezeichnet.
We were at least as impressed by the ruins of Burrishool Abbey. The old walls have stood on a branch of the Clew near Newport in County Mayo since 1469. The cemetery was awarded the title of Best Maintained Burial Ground in 2016.
